Your data

Saved locally as you enter results and uploaded to your account when connected. Export regularly as an additional backup.

Import previous RaceReady JSON backup

Import adds or updates matching workout sets for the signed-in athlete only. Review your JSON backup before importing. The operation cannot be automatically undone.

Keep this JSON backup before replacing the app. The exported CSV is useful for reviewing workouts, but the JSON contains the complete app data.

Do not delete the installed app or clear browser website data unless you've exported a backup. Keep your export as an extra backup.
